Beyond Work is a European civic movement dedicated to strengthening the rights, recognition and future of freelancers and independent professionals. We unite creators, consultants, digital specialists, gig workers and cross-border independents who power Europe’s economy yet remain structurally underrepresented in policy and institutional conversations.
Our mission is to build a fairer, more modern landscape for independent work — through research, community, advocacy and shared tools that make freelance careers sustainable across borders.
